“How to Massage Your Partner”
FOUNDATIONAL MASSAGE TECHNIQUES FOR COUPLE’S
This in person 4 hour class is designed for couple’s to learn as well as Practitioners to learn to teach couple’s at least the 4 basic foundational techniques to practice on one another for the ultimate at-home relaxation experience.
You and your partner will learn ways to improve and deepen connection, communication, quality time and physical touch; which captures all the love languages making for a memorable date night in!
This class is facilitated by NCBTMB & ISSA instructors, Laurén Laurino & Brandy Fish who have a combined 36 years of experience in the field of bodywork, coaching, personal training and Yoga.
1st hour will be lecture / overview
2nd hour is lecture / demo by instructors
3rd & 4th hours will be couples practicing on one another with instructor guidance.
All materials and equipment including robes / slippers plus light refreshments provided.
