By the end of this 8CE / 8-hour NCBTMB approved continuing education course, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the biological concepts of fascia—including the roles of collagen and elastin, and the tensegrity model—to map global structural compensation patterns.

2. Perform a systematic visual posture screening to identify signs of fascial shortening, pelvic tilts, and shoulder misalignments along the kinetic chains.

3. Differentiate between healthy fluid tissue and dense fascial restrictions through palpation by assessing joint end-range and mechanical tissue resistance.

4. Appraise client safety by screening for absolute and relative contraindications, specifically distinguishing acute inflammation, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), surgeries, and standard anatomical zones of caution.

5. Demonstrate injury-preventive body mechanics by utilizing stacked-joint alignment, asymmetric stances, and core weight engagement rather than thumb pressure.

6. Execute deep tissue myofascial release techniques to the lower body soft tissue structures

7. Apply precise upper body and anterior chain protocols—including iliopsoas work, scalene release, suboccipital decompression, cervical traction, and rotator cuff releases—while safely avoiding cervical and axillary caution zones.

8. Synthesize a multi-step fluid protocol that integrates directional strokes, a deliberate slow pace to access deep fascial layers, and active client movement.
